Online Orders
Regular checkout will be only process on Monday to Friday. Cut off time at 12PM for same day delivery. Special urgent case can be handle manually if you need. Please contact WhatsApp for assistance.
Shipping
All order that purchase before Cut Off time, will be send same day with Pos laju or Citylink. For KL Area, you may opt for High speed delivery to receive your item the same day evening.
Store Pickup
Store Pickup orders placed up to 12PM will be available for same-day pickup after 1PM until store closing time (Only for local Malaysia credit card / bank transfer transaction) . Foreign transaction will need 48 hours for fraud scanning. Store Pickup orders placed less than 1 hour from store closing, or while the store is closed, will be ready for pickup 30 minutes after the store reopens. For item that Pre-Order Status, or out of stock, pick up will be only available after item arrive. Our staff will contact you for the pick up when its ready.
Shipping Rate and Duration
KLDSLR.com offers Free PosLaju Shipping for order above RM50 within Malaysia!
For large parcel, we use Citylink for shipping (Peninsular Malaysia). Some large volume / heavy weight product will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak (shown at product page).
For in stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 12.00pm Malaysia time. Courier company (PosLaju and Citylink) normally take 1-2 days to make delivery to the address. KLDSLR.com will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped.
Please contact KLDSLR.com if you did not receive your parcel within 3 working days after receiving the shipping notice. KLDSLR.com is not responsible for any parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.
For special order product, kindly allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. More commonly, products will be obtained and ship out within a week. KLDSLR.com will offer full refund if special order item is unable to be delivered from KLDSLR.com's supplier within the 2 weeks period.KLDSLR.com is not responsible for customer's loss or damages caused by any of the followings:

KLDSLR.com ASSURES that all products shipped from KLDSLR.com will reach OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS in its Original Condition!
KLDSLR.com INSURED all the shipped parcel at our own cost (customers do not require to pay for the insurance).
Should there be any situation of lost or damaged parcel, KLDSLR.com will bear Full Responsibility and compensate you with a New Shipment or Full Refund!
Please contact us at shop@kldslr.com within 7 days after the shipment notice (7 days upon receiving the "ORDER SHIPPED" email) if you did you receive your shipment or if your received product is damaged or faulty.
