        Online Orders

        Regular checkout will be only process on Monday to Friday. Cut off time at 12PM for same day delivery. Special urgent case can be handle manually if you need. Please contact WhatsApp for assistance.

        Shipping

        All order that purchase before Cut Off time, will be send same day with Pos laju or Citylink. For KL Area, you may opt for High speed delivery to receive your item the same day evening.

        Store Pickup

        Store Pickup orders placed up to 12PM will be available for same-day pickup after 1PM until store closing time (Only for local Malaysia credit card / bank transfer transaction) . Foreign transaction will need 48 hours for fraud scanning. Store Pickup orders placed less than 1 hour from store closing, or while the store is closed, will be ready for pickup 30 minutes after the store reopens. For item that Pre-Order Status, or out of stock, pick up will be only available after item arrive. Our staff will contact you for the pick up when its ready.

        Nota

        1. Jangan buka Kes Selam semasa ia basah.
        2. Selepas menggunakan produk dalam air laut, keluarkan X4 dan rendam Kes Selam dalam air tawar selama sekurang-kurangnya 10 minit (pastikan Kes Selam ditutup dengan ketat terlebih dahulu). Jika Kes Selam tidak dibilas selepas digunakan dalam air laut, sisa garam mungkin mengkristal di celah-celah. Kristal garam ini tidak akan larut dalam air dan boleh mengangkat penutup getah dan menyebabkan kebocoran air. Selepas merendam Kes Selam dalam air tawar, bilas di bawah aliran air paip yang lembut. Jangan sekali-kali menggunakan aliran air yang kuat dari satu arah, kerana ia boleh menyebabkan kebocoran air.
        3. Pastikan kes selam ditutup dengan ketat sebelum mencuci. Selepas mencuci, lap sebarang titisan air yang tinggal di permukaan dengan kain lembut dan kering dan biarkan kering. Pastikan tiada pasir pada Kes Selam sebelum mengeringkan kerana pasir boleh menggaru permukaan produk apabila dilap dengan kain. Jangan mengeringkan dengan pengering rambut atau sumber haba lain.
        4. Jangan simpan Kes Selam dalam persekitaran yang panas atau lembap. Contohnya, jangan tinggalkan di dalam kereta yang panas.
        5. Jangan mencuci Kes Selam dengan sabun, detergen neutral, atau produk pembersih alkohol. Ini mungkin merosakkan prestasi kalis air.
        6. Simpan produk di lokasi yang kering dan berventilasi baik.

        Notes

        1. Do not open the Dive Case while it is wet.
        2. After using the product in seawater, take out X4 and soak the Dive Case in fresh water for at least 10 minutes (ensure the Dive Case is firmly closed beforehand). If the Dive Case is not rinsed after use in seawater, residual salt may crystalize in gaps. These salt crystals will not dissolve in water and can lift the rubber seal and cause water leakage. After soaking the Dive Case in fresh water, rinse it under gently flowing tap water. Never apply a strong water stream from a single direction, as it may cause water leakage.
        3. Ensure that the dive case is firmly closed before washing. After washing, wipe away any water droplets remaining on the surface with a soft, dry cloth and leave to dry. Ensure there is no sand on the Dive Case before drying as sand may scratch the product surface when wiped with a cloth. Do not dry with a hair dryer or any other heat source.
        4. Do not store the Dive Case in a hot or humid environment. For example, do not leave it inside a hot car.
        5. Do not wash the Dive Case with soap, neutral detergent, or alcohol cleaning products. This may degrade the waterproofing performance.
        6. Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated location.
